Overlooking private swimming pools, blending perfectly within the natural surroundings, the single and two storey Villas range from 250m² to an impressive 600m², and are situated on plots ranging from 600m² to as much as 3000m².

Each Villa is entered through a defined hallway with an adjacent guest cloakroom. The lounge and dining rooms are spacious, opening up to one of two kitchens, and flowing directly onto wide-covered verandas and the extensive pool gardens.

The main kitchen is supported by a service kitchen, complete with a pantry, laundry and service entrance. State-of-the-art appliances like an oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer naturally come standard.

Ranging from two to six bedrooms, each private bedroom opens onto its own spacious bathroom. Showers are open and generous while the bathtubs are free-standing, making the most of the spectacular views. Vanities recall colonial washstands with polished granite tops and fine porcelain bowls. Make-up mirrors and balanced lighting complement the vanity.

All living spaces are fully air-conditioned as well as equipped with ceiling-mounted paddle fans. As can be expected from homes of this size, the storage facilities are plenty and spacious. Doors feature fielded panels reminiscent of plantation homes, with scented breezes moving through louvered shutters offering security.

Each Villa comes with its own mooring in one of the basins close by. An Electrically Powered Vehicle (EPV) is provided with each Villa and is the ideal way of moving around the island. Motor vehicle parking facilities are provided in the commercial precinct on the island.
